centres direct access to most Short Term Insurers products and their
preferential rates which will enable Call Centres to provide multiple
quotes to their prospective
clients.

has huge Lapse rates,

back of Upfront Commission on Life Insurance

The
Process
Step 1:
When a
quote is requested the platform will provide the
Prospective client with various calculated quotations displaying
various premiums, requirements and excesses.
Step 2:
Should the quotation / policy be
accepted the
platform will
transfer the quote directly to the requested Insurers Call Centre.
Step 3:
The Insurers call centre will then
proceed with all
the
required Underwriting procedures.
Step 4:
On acceptance of quotation/policy the
schedule of
Insurance is
then immediately sent to the client via email, fax or post.
NB:
The call centre will be required to fulfill Step 1 and Step 2.
